Growing Micro Greens
Micro Greens are easy to grow and ready to harvest in less than two weeks.
They can be grown with or with out soil and the lighting requirements are minimal since you are not looking to grow the seeds to full size.
You are goring the seeds up until the formation of the first true leaves at which time you are harvesting the grrens.

To grow micro greens you will need
Container -shallower the better. You are not growing the seeds to full size plants and so the seedlings can become root bound and will ntot need room for their roots to grow.
Potting soil- You can use any comercial potting soli ( not top soil) to fill the container. The potting mix helps provide the micro nutrements to the young seedlings.
Plastic cover for seed tray. This helps keep the proper moisture level for the seeds to germinat.
You can optionaly use
Lighting- A LED lamp will provide the light to help minimizing the stretching of the seedlings
Heat mat- This can help speed up the germination fo the seeds.
Humidity cover- To help maintine moisture as the seedlings germinat
